Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love your Driftal gear.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• Free of stains, odors, or damage

• Returned with original tags and packaging when possible

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

If inventory is available, we'll gladly exchange your item within 30 days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
